To start using ChatAI you need to get a ChatAI license or a 360 BI - Premium license where ChatAI is included.
Getting started is easy! Simply purchase a license, and we’ll have you up and running within two business days. You’ll be able to converse with your data, ask questions, perform advanced analytics, and explore insights using natural language.
ChatAI use the Azure OpenAI GPT-4o AI model. We are also testing other AI models and vendors, and will make them available in the future if they demonstrate improved performance while meeting our strict security and data privacy standards.

By default, none of your messages are stored. Your data is processed locally within your .Metrics session, ensuring a high level of confidentiality.
Interacting with the AI models is designed to be aware only of the schema of your data and the outcomes of queries, enabling it to craft responses to your questions without compromising your information.
It's important to note that the Azure OpenAI API strictly follows a policy of not training its model with any processed data. In essence, both on our end and with the Azure OpenAI API, your data is safeguarded, providing you with a secure and trustworthy experience.
Unfortunately, a free trial is not currently available for ChatAI.
ChatAI is simple and intuitive to use, but delivering a secure and reliable solution requires advanced data retrieval, processing, and structuring of your company’s data.
We think it´s more important that the ChatAI is secure and delivers answers and insights you can trust.
